SBPL AD 2.20 LOCAL AERODROME REGULATIONS

1 Airport regulations

Compulsory prior AUTH from the concessionaire at least 02 (two) HR in advance of the operation, upon request through the WebApp-CCR AVG via the link ga.ccraeroportos.com.br when:

01 - ACFT requires patio reservation;
02 - ACFT for international registration;
03 - ACFT with Brazilian registration and more than one owner/operator registered in the Brazilian Aeronautical Registry (RAB);
04 - ACFT with Brazilian registration, without aircraft/financial registration in WebApp-CCR AVG or that requires updating, even without the intention of using the apron;
05 - ACFT is exempt, in experimental or instructional flights, in cases where the aircraft's registration category in the RAB is not listed as PRIVATE, INSTRUCTIONAL or EXPERIMENTAL.

The Airport Operations Center (APOC) will analyze the request and return the status through the WebApp - CCR AVG. When necessary, adjustments to the schedule will be requested and must be corrected at least 30 minutes before the operation, otherwise the request will be cancelled.

AD enabled for TFC INTL load. The OPS are SUBJECT to ANAC's AUTH preview. AD can be regularly used by aircraft compatible with RCD 4E or lower. Special Operations Authorizations: Operations of the Boeing 747-8 aircraft are permitted in accordance with the special procedures described in the MOPS approved by ANAC.

Restriction on classes and types of ACFT:
- ACFT WO EQPT RDO;
- GLD;
- ACFT WO transponder or fault in this EQPT;
- Ultralight FLT

Restriction on air services:
- Throwing objects or spraying;
- ACFT trailer;
- Parachute launch;
- Acrobatic FLT.

Aircraft that do not qualify as international cargo flights must have at least one crew member on duty on the aircraft capable of conducting bilateral communications in Portuguese.
